I'd like to return as my only visit so far was amazing. I had the nachos with the addition of carnitas and boy was that delicious! The appetizer of pretzels were literally the best freaking pretzels and cheese I've ever had in my life! I've been thinking of them ever since. I need to return with friends however so I do t eat the entire basket of pretzels myself
Amazing service, especially when busy! Pepe and the staff are amazing with their service. Very reasonable prices. Atmosphere is great as a sports bar. Drinks are well made and fairly priced. Stated as best happy hour (s) in Castle rock and would agree! Menu has lots of options and the staff are very accommodating for custom orders if they can make it (daughter is picky...). Great for watching sports!! Also hats off to the staff! They work so well together and have no idea how they do it so efficiently. Have never seen such a well run crew!!!
Dropped in for a quick weekday lunch. Service was immediate, ambiance was calm and had a menu in hand within a couple of minutes. Ordered the blackened chicken with bourbon glaze and sweet potato fries. The meal came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. Now the best part, $10.74 plus tip and tax! Say goodbye to mega-corp fast food at these prices and taste some quality food!
Solid and consistent performing restaurant. There aren't a lot of options in this area. It's a good place to have drinks and appetizers as well as an evening meal. Starting with the appetizers, the Oysters on the half shell were incredibly fresh, and the Soft Pretzels with ale cheese dip and amber ale mustard were the perfect combination of savory and indulgent. I have also had the wings which were good. The burger selection is outstanding, with unique options like The Boss featuring carnitas, andouille sausage, ghost pepper cheese, jalapeños, and chipotle aioli.
Hands down the best kept secret in Castle Rock. The Library is my favorite local dinner spot and I hope nothing ever changes. Cozy atmosphere, great food, loving service, and perfect volume level for a sport bar. The menu is adventurous for a sports bar and provides options other than just the regular old "burger and fries." The owner and the manager will recognize you everytime that you come back and it feels like a private club, more than a public restaurant. For the win: Start with the Soft Pretzels with ale cheese dip and ale mustard, next either the Western Burger with a side of coleslaw and fries, or The Reuben. Finally, wash it all down with Crank Yanker IPA or one of the many Mule choices. "Honey, where are you going?" "To the library!"
